The Victoria Village Townhomes are managed by Z & R Property Management. The Association dues "assessments" are $135.00 per home, per month. All Units pay the same dues amount. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 30th of the month, when a $10.00 late fee is imposed. The Assessments cover all exterior maintenance in the Community, landscaping, management and all water. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. Board Meetings are normally held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at Knights of Columbus Hall. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
